How to Request a Waybill

1. Click the Canada Post Link button above.

2. Enter Sender Details as follows:

   • First Name: Enter your Clinic Name.
   • Last Name: Enter the Sender's First Name.
   • Enter your full Clinic Address.
   • Confirm package is under 30 kg (66 lbs).

3. Choose Return Option

   Print Label (Recommended)

   You get a PDF to print and attach to the package.

   QR Code (No Printer)

   You get a code to show on your phone at the post office where they will print your label for you.
